<\/a>So I plug in my headphones, dial-in the classic rock channel and crank-up the volume!\u00a0 We were off to a great start with Jimi Hendrix\u2019s \u2018All Along the Watchtower\u2019, then Neil Young\u2019s \u2018Down By The River\u2019 and third was AC\/DC\u2019s \u2018Hells Bells\u2019.\u00a0 You would think all was good in my world, right?\u00a0 Well, it was, until the KISS song \u2018Room Service\u2019 started blaring through my headset!<\/p>\nDon\u2019t get me wrong, I love KISS for the most part and have for a long time but this song, which I had never heard before, was the most juvenile attempt at lyrics ever.\u00a0 I mean seriously, like ever!\u00a0 The music itself was groovy but even on the first playing of the song I was somewhat applauded at the lyrics.\u00a0 By the tenth time it played on my 10+ hour flight I was transformed!\u00a0 Transformed from applauded to a closet-secret lover of this horrible song.<\/p>\n
As soon as I came home guess what the first thing I HAD to do?\u00a0 Take a nap?\u00a0 No.\u00a0 Feed the dog? \u00a0No.\u00a0 Get on YouTube and share \u2018Room Service\u2019 with the wife?\u00a0 Yes!<\/p>\n
And as she so eloquently put it, \u201cbecause you had to suffer, I have to suffer?\u201d.\u00a0 Well, \u201cYes, of course\u201d was my answer and in the true spirit of sharing I proudly present to you, my loyal KevinNeal.com readers, KISS\u2019s \u2018Room Service\u2019:<\/p>\n
